Cartier
Tank Vermeil 'Lemon'
Launched in 1977, the Must de Cartier line brought the Tank’s design to a wider audience, using vermeil cases in place of solid gold while preserving the model’s signature proportions and Art Deco character. It became the entry point for an entire generation of collectors into the Cartier universe, and remains one of the most wearable expressions of the Tank silhouette today.
This example is presented in the small size, it features the desirable lemon-yellow dial, here in excellent condition, a striking colour variation that sets it apart from the more familiar Cartier tones and gives the watch a distinctive, vibrant presence.
The case presents beautifully, retaining its clean lines and sharp geometry. It is currently fitted with a generic strap and buckle.
The watch has just been serviced by one of our watchmakers and is accompanied by its original Cartier box (inner insert missing).
A striking and highly characterful Must de Cartier Tank, its lemon dial making it one of the more distinctive and collectible colour variations within the line.
